The Rhino is a 110mm 70-80gram Sinking Stickbait
This is a medium to heavy tackle lure.
Hooks: We recommend a 3/0 BKK treble on the belly with a 4/0 BKK single on the tail for the BEST action out of the Rhino.
The Rhino has been designed to imitate the most common baitfish on reefs.
The bait that keeps the reef alive when the baitballs aren’t around and the bait that your next Personal Best is used to eating on a daily basis.
It is designed to Match the hatch before you even know what is in the hatch.
These are wide body fish such as Snappers, Juvenile Trevallies, Scads, Juvenile Groupers, Moorish Idols, etc…
The scale pattern also rounds this purpose of imitation off perfectly.
The Rhino is designed to sink as fast as possible with a flutter action down to the bottom or midwater column. Then to be retrieved with a sweeping action, imitating a slow bottom fish that can only run away from predators in a short-sprinting action. It can also be used on topwater in exactly the same fashion.
It is a fast and level sinking design that flutters on the way down, often getting hit on the drop or drawing fish in on it that eat it as soon as you start retrieving.
Nothing on the reef will leave this bait alone and it is a must have for any reef fishing adventure.
